This Week's Ritual:​
​Step-by-Step Herbal Facial Steam for Pore Care
What You'll Need:
- 2 tbsp dried lavender
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- A large bowl of hot (not boiling) water
- A towel
Steps:
- Pour water into the bowl.
- Add lavender and rosemary to the bowl.
- Let the herbs steep for 1-2 minutes.
- Place your face 8–10 inches above the bowl.
- Drape the towel over your head to create a steam tent.
- Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax for 5–10 minutes.
- Pat your skin dry and follow with a gentle toner or facial oil.
This will soften your skin, open your pores, and be calming and soothing.
Herbal Pore-Refining Mist

Combine:
- 1/4 cup witch hazel
- 1/4 cup rose water
- 5 drops geranium or tea tree essential oil
- Use as a toner or store in a spray bottle and use as a refreshing mist after workouts or cleansing.
