Recipes

🌼 Bakuchiol Glow Oil​
A gentle DIY facial oil that supports collagen and calms the skin.
→ 1 tbsp jojoba oil
→ 1 tbsp rosehip oil
→ 4 drops bakuchiol
→ 2 drops lavender essential oil
→ 1 drop frankincense essential oil
Mix and apply 3–4 drops to clean skin at night.

🍓 Radiance Smoothie​
A skin-loving blend to nourish from within.
→ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
→ ½ banana
→ ½ cup mixed berries
→ 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
→ 1 scoop collagen powder (or hemp seeds for plant-based)
→ 1 handful spinach
→ Blend and enjoy!

🍵 Herbal Collagen Support Tea​
Drink in support for elasticity and hydration.
→ 1 tsp dried nettle
→ 1 tsp horsetail
→ ½ tsp rose petals
→ Steep in 1.5 cups just-boiled water for 10–15 min. Add honey if desired.
