đź’¦Hydrating Herbal Facial Mist

A calming, skin-softening spray for the first layer of hydration

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp rose hydrosol or rose water
  • 1 tbsp chamomile tea (cooled)
  • 1 tsp aloe vera juice
  • Optional: 1 drop lavender essential oil (dispersed in 1 tsp witch hazel)

Instructions:​
Combine all ingredients in a 2 oz spray bottle. Shake gently. Mist clean skin before applying serum.


đź§´ Calendula Shea Balm

Your nighttime seal of hydration and comfort

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp shea butter
  • 1 tbsp calendula-infused oil (like jojoba or apricot kernel)
  • 1 tsp beeswax
  • Optional: 2 drops frankincense or rose essential oil
  • 3 drops vitamin E

Instructions:​
Melt shea butter, infused oil, and beeswax in a double boiler. Remove from heat, add essential oils and vitamin E. Pour into a small jar and let set. Use as the final step in your evening routine.

After you apply your balm, pause. Take 3 slow breaths. Gently massage your face. Thank your skin for everything it does for you.
