đź’¦Hydrating Herbal Facial Mist
A calming, skin-softening spray for the first layer of hydration
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp rose hydrosol or rose water
- 1 tbsp chamomile tea (cooled)
- 1 tsp aloe vera juice
- Optional: 1 drop lavender essential oil (dispersed in 1 tsp witch hazel)
Instructions:​
Combine all ingredients in a 2 oz spray bottle. Shake gently. Mist clean skin before applying serum.
đź§´ Calendula Shea Balm
Your nighttime seal of hydration and comfort
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp shea butter
- 1 tbsp calendula-infused oil (like jojoba or apricot kernel)
- 1 tsp beeswax
- Optional: 2 drops frankincense or rose essential oil
- 3 drops vitamin E
Instructions:​
Melt shea butter, infused oil, and beeswax in a double boiler. Remove from heat, add essential oils and vitamin E. Pour into a small jar and let set. Use as the final step in your evening routine.
