Hello Beautiful Souls,
Unfolding doesn’t always look like growth.
Sometimes it looks like softening. Loosening your shoulders. Opening the curtains a little earlier. Letting the day begin without rushing it forward.
That’s what we’re practicing this month. Not dramatic change.
Just small openings. Here’s something you might try today: Open a window or step outside for one minute. Take one slow breath in.
Let it go slowly.
Imagine something inside you loosening just a little.
That’s unfolding.
Small Radiant Practices
Try one this week:
• Open a window for fresh air each morning • Drink a cup of tea without multitasking • Wash your face slowly before bed • Step outside for two minutes of sunlight • Take three slow breaths before answering someone
Small things count.
They’re often where unfolding begins.

Seeds for Reflection:
- Where in my life do I feel dry or depleted right now?
- What helps me feel watered and restored?
- What small thing could I tend this week instead of trying to fix everything?
- What might be quietly growing in my life that I haven’t noticed yet?
Word Garden 🌿
Words that belong to Unfold this week:
soften
breathe
open
gentle
allow
slow
stretch
light
If one of these speaks to you, write it somewhere you’ll see it today.
Let it grow quietly through the week.
If you’d like to go deeper…
You’ll see the theme of Unfold woven through my posts and videos this month: small rituals and gentle reminders you can try in real time.
But if you’ve ever wished you could go deeper than a caption or a short video, that’s what The Space Between is for.
The current issue is Breathe. Because before we unfold, we breathe. Inside the zine you’ll find slower reflections, skincare, guided journal pages, fun things like quizzes and playlists, and space to sit with these ideas instead of scrolling past them.
You can explore Breathe here.
Subscribers save $1 each month and never miss an issue, and you can read it anytime by downloading it from my website.
We’re building this slowly and intentionally.
I’m really glad you’re here.
See you next week!
